Please submit the following as an application for enrollment.  Applications for the school year 2008-2009 that are submitted after March 31, 2008 will be put on our waiting list.  This is an application for enrollment only and is not a binding contract or a guarantee that your student will receive a position in this school.

Students currently enrolled in Xavier Charter School have first priority for next school year. The Lottery for school year 08-09 will be held April 12, 2008 at 10am at the school. Parents will be notified within 10 days of their student's status.

Students applyiing for kindergarten must be 5 on  or before September 1st of the year they enroll

Students applying for First Grade must be 6 on or before September 1 of the year they enroll.
