Each family is required to donate 20 hours of volunteer time.  Keep track of your time and then email Michelle Rodeman with your hours, or you can bring them to her office at secondary school.

 Here are a couple of ways for you to help out.

Yard work - Weeding, trimming, cleaning - what ever is your area of interest!

General - sign up in the office for a turn at answering the phone, making copies, delivering lunches - anything else of a hundred or so things that come up that needs to be done to help our school run smoothly.  A couple of hours each week, or whenever your schedule allows - just talk to Stacey Young at the office.

Art Room - Mr. Hicks could use help after school to clean up after art projects and then help set up for others. 

After school work detail - Help with vacuuming rooms, hallways, wiping white boards, and tables (our teachers do this each night!  They would love your help)

ALSO - volunteer during the school day - reading to our students, helping with school work, helping with recess or lunch time - a great way to get in your 20 hours.

Here is your chance to really get involved and make a difference in the future of our school.  Our Board of Directors each chair a committee.  Contact our Board at board@xaviercharter.org if you are interested in being a part of one of the following committees:

Our PFA meets every first Thursday of the Month at 6:00 PM.  Their mission is to enrich the lives of our students. Come join us and get involved.

Volunteer with your 7th or 8th grader to take over the child-care during the next PFA Meeting - another great way to get in your hours.
